Damien Chambers co-founded NewGen Families after becoming a father through surrogacy and developing a passion for helping others build their families. Damien and co-founder Campbell Sallabank were inspired to create a modern and inclusive surrogacy agency based in the USA, focused on improving the experience for both future parents and surrogates.

NewGen is proud to have a journey management team with 6 to 13 years of experience helping build families through surrogacy. Their leadership team also includes experienced surrogates and a parent through surrogacy, ensuring expert and empathetic care throughout the entire family-building journey.
