Can you tell us about Vorzimer Masserman? What is your mission? 
 

Vorzimer Masserman was founded in 1994; We’re proud to be the longest tenured and established law firm specializing in reproductive law in the United States.  

Our mission is simple: All people, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation and identity, or wealth, have the right to have children and we will make sure they have that chance. We’re proud to have handled in excess of 40,000 family building matters and also co-authored the surrogacy laws in California.  

How do you assist with surrogacy and egg donation? 
 

The laws in the United States require that written contracts be signed by intended parents, surrogates, and egg donors. These contracts protect the rights of all the parties and guarantee that intended parents will be declared the legal parents of any child conceived, regardless of biology. Our office writes and enforces those contracts in court to guarantee that our clients return home with their babies. We have never failed. 

Amani Hanson (lawyer) will be speaking about 'Navigating surrogacy in California for intended parents'. Can you give us a brief overview of this presentation? 

Amani will explain the current legal process of coming to the United States for surrogacy and egg donation, from the very beginning until you return home. She will also explain and answer questions regarding the current political environment, to help put people's minds at ease about their family building journey.

Our office has represented people from more than 46 different countries on every continent, except Antarctica. There is not a developed nation that we have not worked with.
